Costumer Critiques
This is a sturdy and versatile piece of equipment for consumers of all fitness levels. Utilizing the adjustable height, I can quickly operate it into my clients strength and aerobics programs for range and enjoyable. I originally purchased this stepper to do aerobic step testing for my new clientele, but a lot of other applications have presented themselves!
My only criticism of this item would be to suggest that the stability strip on the best level step could be wider to cover the complete top. As it is there is about two inches of hard curved plastic on either side of the strip that could permit for a misplaced foot to slip off.
This is an good item! Like the DVD that came with it and it is in my standard rotation. It is one particular of the preferred workout DVDs I personal. The step is effectively constructed and high top quality. It is simple and easy to alter the riser height. I very advocate this product and the excellent DVD that comes with it.
