I recieved this as a christmas gift, this step is durable and light weight if your moving it from space to space.I would defiently advocate this step primarily for the money........Erics mom....
The 6-inch step is great for just stepping up and down when watching tv or doing a few minutes of cardio in among weight sets, primarily if you have a tiny space and will need to stow your workout equipment when not in use.
This step is created by the identical organization that makes the fitness center-version Steps. I identified the larger gym-version step a tiny too huge and cumbersome (all those risers). The smaller hi-step version was way too tiny for step-ups. This in-between step was just the suitable size for a fundamental step-up/step-over workout. When put to use a single platform, I feel it is the sturdiest of the bunch, with no shifting. It fits below a coffee table or bed when you're done employing it. For those who want precise dimensions and other specifics, the step region on leading is 22 x 11 1/2in. On carpet, it is stable and doesn't budge. It has two rubber feet at every single corner, and grips nicely on flat surfaces, too. It is light, but extremely sturdy, and doesn't feel like it really is bending or dipping when you step on it. Suggested maximum weight capacity is 250.
I bought this item by way of Amazon for beneath forty dollars with no cost shipping and received it inside three days. Yes, most plastic points I order are less expensive but for a piece of workout equipment that will last decades, will not break or demand repairs, is of beneficial high quality, is produced in the USA, and arrives on my doorstep with tiny effort on my portion, it seemed affordable and I am content with the buy.
